The Industry Partnerships team serves as your comprehensive connection to the robust talent pipeline MSU Denver has cultivated. While each partnership varies, our priority is to expand career opportunities for MSU Denver students and alumni through relevant career development programs and experiential learning while supporting workforce development for organizations such as yours.

Post a Position

Are you actively recruiting to fill open positions? Post job and internship opportunities and collect resumes through our career management self-service portal, Career Link.  Posting is free, but employers must meet our eligibility requirements and policies.  Post a Position here!

On-Campus Interviewing

Coordinating your interviews through our office is a convenient and efficient way to meet with MSU Denver students. Allow us to do the work and manage the entire interview schedule through Career Link, or simply schedule a date with one of our team members and we will help promote it.  Request an On-Campus Interview here!

Employer Information Sessions

Virtual or In-Person, these 60-minute employer-sponsored sessions have an open agenda (that you set) and are a great opportunity to connect with interested students, share information about your organization or collect resumes! Employers must be actively recruiting for entry-level career-focused jobs or internships. Request an Info Session here!

Career Fairs & Networking Events

Our career fairs and networking events offer employers a way to connect with students and alumni looking for employment opportunities. Step directly into your individual identity through, ‘To Affinity & Beyond’ workshops and events! As a collective, MSU Denver learners, staff/faculty and external partners are invited to share space centering the unique identities of our community. Through workshops, intentional dialogue, and our Narrative Networking Night, individuals have the opportunity to navigate shared experiences and connect in a casual, but comfortable setting. Branding and Partnership

Increase your visibility on campus with promotional and branding options through the C2 Hub and affiliated groups on campus.  Advertise and engage students through mentoring, guest lecturing, scholarships and student services. Collaborate with faculty experts on research and assessment projects.

Guest Speaking

Share your knowledge and expertise with students in the classroom. Join our Roadrunner Roster directory and get connected with faculty.

Career Readiness & Roadrunner Advisor Network

Join our Roadrunner Advisor Network to provide career conversations, mock interviews, resume reviews, and networking skill development to assist our students in honing their professional brand.

Campus Consulting or Advisory Board

Connect with departments on new and emerging technologies or business opportunities in your field or industry.

Capstone & Senior Experience Classes

Partners can contribute to these final semester courses by providing content or real-world problems, and feedback to students through these courses.

Professional Learning & Development

Develop your employees with certificates, undergraduate degrees, master’s programs and continuing education.

Skills Lab

The University launched its virtual Skills Lab to help people learn new skills in growth industries – for free. Working with industry leaders, MSU Denver curated existing technical courses with new faculty-created trainings in areas such as e-commerce, cybersecurity and health services.

Employee Training

Upskill employees by taking advantage of our certificate programs such as a Personal Financial Planning certificate.

Scholarships & Stipends

Support student retention and graduation via scholarships and stipends tailored to support the interests of your organizations.

On-site Visits

Employer hosted events designed to introduce students to an organization’s employment opportunities and work culture. Employer plans and organizes the entire event, MSU Denver advertises and gets students to participate.

Graduate Certificates

MSU Denver offers three different graduate certificates in cybersecurity for people to gain digital investigation and defense expertise as well as cybersecurity leadership skills.

Career Launchpad

Provide affordable pathways to high-demand careers and multiple academic credentials. Take a noncredit course in a high-demand field that can lead to a job or convert the course to credit and get an MSU Denver certificate or degree.
