Iota Iota Iota Honor Society
Iota Iota Iota (Triota) is a national honor society that was proudly started right here at MSU Denver in 1985 and has grown to 140 chapters nationwide in the last 40 years! The Greek letter, Iota, was selected to represent the three goddesses Inana, Ishtar, and Isis. Triota strives to uphold feminist values through an intersectional analytic framework to encourage a safe and supportive academic environment for students to connect, research, and implement ideas around dismantling systems of oppression.
As a member, you will have the opportunity to connect with other students, develop organizing skills and experience, and build a lasting community focused on feminist scholarship and achievement. This includes helping our honor society create a positive impact on the MSU Denver community through organizing events, presenting at conferences, and collaborating with other student organizations/departments in solidarity.

Feminist Alliance
The mission of Feminist Alliance is to articulate discussion surrounding discrimination, sexism, gender, race, class, sexual orientation, and ableism. Through articulating these issues, we will organize events, lectures and speakers on campus that give a voice to marginalized and oppressed people. We are a collaborative club and have secured a safe space for anyone to come and have their voice heard.
Eligibility Requirements
- Membership is open to all students and staff of the Auraria campus who are concerned about the issues regarding social justice.
- No GPA requirements
