The Cannabis Hospitality Specialist Certificate is a comprehensive training program for entry-level professionals seeking to excel in the rapidly growing cannabis hospitality industry. The program focuses on developing the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional service in cannabis-related businesses, including dispensaries, cannabis-infused product manufacturers, event spaces, and other hospitality-focused enterprises. Students will gain a thorough understanding of the various aspects of cannabis, legal requirements, and customer service best practices to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for consumers.

The Cannabis Hospitality Specialist Certificate provides a strong foundation for cannabis hospitality operations. It is the prerequisite for the Cannabis Hospitality Manager Certificate program, where students broaden their managerial skillset in the cannabis industry.
